Attached patch [puppetAgain] v1Splinter Review
I find developers like a wide-range of editors available on systems they use. Linux-Based systems have people who like nano and vim, and our base Cent6 install misses nano. This adds it to all our machines, and makes sure that vim is up to date (explicitly not the larger vim, since |Package[vim]| is vim-enhanced and has a lot of dependencies) r?kim - for "can I land this now" review ;-) f?dustin - for "do you see any followup stuff to handle here, and to keep you informed."
