See testcase, after 500ms, the blue circle should disappear, which doesn't happen in current trunk build.
If the blue circle hasn't appeared at all, then the plugin wasn't loaded on time, so make sure that you can see the blue circle at first.

The testcase was added as part of bug 737707.

I Think WFM is correct. It works as it should do and it's part of an other bug (marked as WFM)
