Open the attached file
Enter sufficient text/resize browser to cause auto-scrollbars to appear.
Notice that the I beam cursor persists when the cursor is over a scrollbar.
Curiously, this does not happen in Composer.

Resolution: --- → DUPLICATE
Just for the record Peter, you need to use the new MIMEtype
'application/vnd.mozilla.xul+xml' instead of text/xul for XUL attachments
because we can't no longer use the latter.
