Short Description:
For development of chat capabilities across all Mozilla-based products.

Long Description:
For development of chat (including text, voice and video) related topics in Mozilla-based products (e.g. Thunderbird and Instantbird). This includes protocol implementations and any other discussion related to the chat module.

Justification / Special Instructions:

Thunderbird 15 will integrate a chat capability, which includes a large portion of the code from Instantbird. It would make sense to have an integrated place to discuss this module; separate venues for discussing the same code can lead to confusion and is a burden for developers (more places to check, splintered discussions, etc.).
