STR:
1. Open the Inspector (CTRL+SHIFT+I)
2. Select a node
3. Press CTRL+SHIFT+I again and move the mouse
Actual results:
The upper left layout coordinates for the previously selected node are still displayed.
Expected results:
No info should be displayed in the Layout tool when no node is selected.

Actually, we should update the value.
Summary: Remove the top coordinates from the Layout Tool when no node is selected → [layout view] update the node dimension (not the whole view) when node is unlocked
