Details

Email counterpart to bug #73075. NoCeM-E is a cooperative method of blocking spam email. It is based on NoCeM (http://www.cm.org/), which is intended for Usenet. The main difference is that NoCeM-E uses a mailing list to distribute spam notices and affects only email messages, while NoCeM istributes notices through a newsgroup and affects only newsgroup postings.
