Steps to reproduce:
Change the setting to automatically quote the original message when replying and "start my reply above the quote". Click on reply to an email.
Actual results:
Only one line break is inserted above the quoted message, making the text mashed together with the quote. See screenshot.
Expected results:
Just like Thunderbird <= 12, there should be two line breaks before the quoted text, not just one.
