Implement view on desktop functionality from within the Metro browser via the appbar menu item.  Currently the menu isn't working so just use the + button temporarily.

Currently using the More button for this functionality on the app bar until we get menubuttons working in front end code.

Actually thinking about this more I should launch the browser with the -url parameter instead. Otherwise someone can execute arbitrary things.

nevermind this is a user initiated action so the user could just do whatever he wants anyway.  Leaving as is.
