Per https://etherpad.mozilla.org/b2g-builds, we need these builds for external contributors to use until legal review allows us to post builds-with-codecs publicly. Before we can do any automated builds, we need instructions on *how* to build. Some work is being done in https://github.com/mozilla-b2g/B2G/issues/21, but filing this in bugzilla, for tracking purposes. jhford said he is working on this, so assigning to him.
Very important for testing, but technically would not block.
