770083 - tbpl flickers and flashes while refreshing, in a build with dlbi

In a build with dlbi, load an active tbpl tree, like https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Mozilla-Inbound or https://tbpl.mozilla.org/?tree=Try. Both during the initial load and during the every-two-minute refreshes, watch the right-hand half of the page, where the job results are displayed. In a non-dlbi build, adding or changing a job just repaints that letter. In a dlbi build, the entire set of results for a job will frequently repaint, and sometimes toward the end of the refresh, the entire page's results will disappear and then repaint.

This looks to be a duplicate of bug 770000. The patch there fixes this for me!
