To reproduce:
*   Start Mozilla.
*   Open the Preferences dialog.
*   Choose the `Privacy' category.
*   Click `Manage Certificates...'.
*   Look at the top of the `My Certificates' and `Web Site Certificates' tab
    panels.

What you see:
*   Text reading `These are *your* certificates:', immediately below a tab
    which reads `*My* Certificates' [emphasis added]. (Well, make up your mind.
    Whose are they, mine or yours?)
*   Text reading `You have certificates on file for these web [sic] sites:'

What you should see:
*   A tab reading `Your Certificates'. (I am the computer program, you are the
    person using the computer. Let's not confuse the two, and we'll both get
    along just fine.)
*   No extra text at the top of the tab panels, since (a) it doesn't make the
    tabs any easier to use or understand, and (b) it makes the position of the
    trees inconsistent between tabs.
