Starting with Today's nightly, the SUMO Inline response editor will always show the Canned Response insert tool, no matter which button is clicked (Bold, Italic, Insert Link, etc.). It seems this is related to Bug 539356.
STR:
Log into SUMO.
Go to a thread you want to respond to
In the Response Field, Click any of the tool buttons
Wrong dialog box opens.
Works fine in 13.0.1 and Aurora
