Details

There's already an RFE for disabling animated images. I (usually) don't mind animated images, but I *HATE* animated backgrounds. I'd like the animation preference to have two parts: one to control normal images, and a second to control background images.

this should wait a little while until I get the background code moved over to the new imagelib... which will happen in 0.9.1.. once thats done, i don't think it would be very hard to do this.
