accel+W [eg, ctrl+W, command+W] doesn't close the Page Info window. using
2001.04.23.0x comm bits on the 3 platforms.
adding dependency.

I know there are other bugs around with Accel+W not closing windows, be them XUL
or HTML.

Why can't Ctrl+W use the same code as Alt+F4? That always seems to work.
