No link between them under the 'Languages' tab


Expected results:

It should have been one in both pages.

Priority: probably before launch to prevent people to create a 2nd translation.

The question: why did this happened is also interested: do we have other pages in that case?

TIL: Résumé means "summary" in French.

Per bug 765632, migration of language relationships was an imperfect best-effort attempt. It missed some things, and I don't think we could improve upon it easily. 

In MindTouch, there was nothing in the database linking translated pages, except for a {{ languages }} macro at the bottom of the page. We were unsuccessful at parsing that macro in every case.

We have bug 765632 open for providing a way to manually set one page as the translation of another, but implementing that has been punted to post-launch

It looks like I was able to fix this particular page, and one other:

But, a more general fix will be found in bug 765632
