Even though we are redirected to the basic mobile version now, when browsing to www.google.com (bug 729421), we still are not redirected when performing a search via the standard Android (Google) search app.

I also saw a negative comment about this in the Play store, so this hurts us.

As of 08/07, this is WFM with Google sending their touch site.

Google still serves their touch site on the latest Nightly. Closing bug as verified WFM.
