steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/ 2. Notice that country= United States and language=English(US) 3. Change the language to pt-BR expected behavior: The country store/region doesn't change upon changing the language observed behavior: Upon changing the language to pt-BR, the country store changes to Brasil.
