The new design mocks don't have a footer. For example, see https://bug766879.bugzilla.mozilla.org/attachment.cgi?id=635842

All the settings changes are done by clicking the Tools icon.

Please get rid of the footer. See screenshot.

No, we want to keep that. The header will look like this in new design: http://people.mozilla.org/~cwiemeersch/mkt-mocks/Homescreen.jpg

I meant implementing the Tools icon/button, not removing it ;)

If we just drop the footer as it is now, will that create heartache until the new header happens?
