Due to the security bug 777398, we will have to release 4.2.2 and 4.3.2 asap!

Due to another security bug found while working on the first one, we will also have to release 4.0.7 and 3.6.10 as this 2nd sec bug also affects these branches.

Sigh. It's the bin/do-release.pl script that is doing this. I am not manually truncating the release notes. I need to either take some time fix all of these scripts are start doing it manually from now on.

This part must be rewritten entirely. "Bugzilla Update" hasn't been maintained for a long time and was under the sole control of mkanat. We should rather point users to "Planet Bugzilla". So we should do two things here:

1) s/The Bugzilla Update/Planet Bugzilla/g
2) The URL should point to http://planet.bugzilla.org/
