Click and hold the little arrow under the back button in the toolbar, then move
the cursor a couple of pixels up and to the right. At this point a second menu
of pages visited appears offset and on top of the first. Must actually pick a
choice from both menus to dismiss the menus and interact with the web page.

however, this is a dupe of a bug blake already has. i object again to this button
having a right-click behavior.
