User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 5.1; rv:14.0) Gecko/20100101 Firefox/14.0.1 Build ID: 20120713134347 Steps to reproduce: Played an online Flash game at http://www.bubbleshooter.net/ A report was submitted: https://crash-stats.mozilla.com/report/index/bp-e77d673f-91a0-448a-982c-6d68b2120730 Actual results: The game terminated unexpectedly and a message appeared on screen that the Flash Player had crashed. Expected results: The Flash Player should not have crashed.
Windows Live Messenger (latest version for Windows XP) was running at the time the game crashed.

The crash report you submitted is for Flash Player 11.3.300.265. You can find the version you're running here: http://www.adobe.com/software/flash/about/ I'd recommend rebooting, then re-installing if you're still seeing the old version. I'm unable to reproduce this on my WinXP machine. It would be helpful to get a few more details. 1.) Can you reproduce this issue consistently, or did it just randomly happen once? 2.) Please go to Start > Run > dxdiag Save the output to a file, and attach it to this bug Thanks!

I've already updated to the latest version of Flash and that seems to be stable. I can attach a dxdiag if you still want it, but it would seem superfluous right now.
