Easy to reproduce: Launch Mozilla, Build 2001042608, and open some Navigator Windows. If you close all of them, you are not able any more to open new ones, neither via the menu nor with "Apple-N". Also "Quit" and Apple-Q does not work anymore. You have to end the application with Mac OS-"Hard end"-Keystroke (Apple-Alt-Esc). "New Message" is working, however. My OS: German Mac OS 9.1, Cube G4 computer (450 MHz).
Summary: (Build ID 2001042608) "New Navigator Window" and "Quit" are not working when all windows are closed → "New Navigator Window" and "Quit" are not working when all windows are closed
I see this problem in my Mac debug build from today. However, not even Command-M works (new message window). Also, the Bookmarks menu looks *really* stupid. cc Simon in case he knows of dependencies or duplicate bugs.
