if i close all my open browser windows after the first one opens upon launch,
Mozilla stops responding to all input.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. launch Mozilla
2. in the new browser window, load any URL
3. now close the browser window.
4. nothing works, not even quitting.

Actual Results:  exactly what i described. i was unable to use command-n to open
a new browser window. i was unable to use command-q to quit. i was unable to use
the menus to perform either of these operations.

Expected Results:  it should've continued to respond to keyboard shortcuts or
menu options.
