779199 - [AMO] update SDK docs for 1.9 release

Please update the documentation for the Add-on SDK in conjunction with its 1.9 release.

The 1.9 release will happen on Tuesday August 7th, so this push needs to happen as part of the scheduled AMO production push on Thursday August 2nd.

Clone the docs from git://github.com/mozilla/addon-sdk-sdocs.git, and check out the correct tag:

  git clone git://github.com/mozilla/addon-sdk-sdocs.git
  cd addon-sdk-sdocs
  git checkout TAG

Then push the docs to https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/developers/docs/sdk/1.9/.

I haven't yet built and tagged the docs, but will do so today, and will update this bug with the tag to use then.

Please don't update the "latest" redirect at this time - I'll raise a separate bug to do that for the next scheduled AMO push on August 9th.
