I've attached a screenshot of what the TOC looks like where "The Rect() function" has <code> around "Rect()".
Priority: -- → P3
In bug 782954, Jean-Yves mentioned that we might want to use the <code> tag in the TOC.
I've got a PR started and plan to finish this shortly

The heading "If/else blocks in KumaScript" has strong tag.
TOC shows it as "If/else blocksin KumaScript".
Yu-Tang: Thanks for the notice, in this specific case I removed the <strong> tag which was useless. I don't see a use case where a <strong> would be needed in a header...
