Oops, that's not supposed to scroll around
If you scroll the article while a toolbar popup menu is open, the popup scrolls with the article body instead of being fixed with the toolbar. See the attachment.

We are temporarily re-enabling the scrolling plugin, so this issue will re-appear. We will remove it again when bug 913441 is closed.
