Bug 778124 has two potential mockups.
The two potential mockups are: * Attachment 647830 [details] * Attachment 647837 [details] Let’s go with the second option, that has a smaller text. It is easier to implement because it uses the same text size that we have on the main page and elsewhere on SUMO. And it looks like what mozilla.org would’ve done if they would implement a language picker page.
This is very basic CSS here. Confirmed with rdalal => 1pt
