Code for /contribute is in multiple branches and needs to be massaged and organized in one place to enable testing. This will be a good case study of the feature testing issues we have on mozilla.org and can be used to inform improvements.
First steps for this, the contribute branch should have all commits done for this project. https://github.com/mozilla/bedrock/tree/contribute Commit is 30eec568cb.
Anthony: Ok adding a few bugs here as blockers, they need to be in this branch for us to test.
Depends on: 780911, 770606, 756093, 774232

So this is ready to be tested on www-dev. http://www-dev.allizom.org/b/contribute/ I'll open bugs to get the /b/ redirects set up.
Resolving as I am able to test on dev.
