unable to play mp4 video on otoro

Logcat:

Repo:
1.launch the browser
2.Go to the URL(http://cd.pn/t2/)
3.Press the play icon

Expect:
Play the mp4 video

Actual:
Cannot play mp4 format and see the msg "Video format on MIME type is not supported"

Note:
It works on 07-25-2012 daily build, so this is a regression

Can confirm also this is busted on the HTML 5 tutorial site -http://www.html5rocks.com/en/tutorials/video/basics/.

Can you get a regression range for this?

This has not worked on otoro, marking a dupe the fix is close to being checked in

This is caused by issues when creating the media cache file. See bug 783172.
