Windowless flash is not working in metro because the audiosession is failing. It is failing because XPCOM is not initialized yet and the creation of the XPCOM objects fail. It then causes an abort_if_false to happen from the flash plugin. Also we need to enable the prefs to get plugins working.

We won't be supporting the current incarnation of flash. See bug 781653 for specific work on supporting a future rev with metrofx support.
