Test landed in last 24 hours by bug 777088.

This is one of the few things keeping native Android M3 hidden.
If we landed a new test that is perma orange, back it out. Since M3 is hidden we can excuse them and hide it in the android manifest.

Disable on Android

Temporarily disable test for now, so we can green this suite up and unhide.

Will this work in nearest future?
I wrote my first app and stuck with this error when running app on Android and Desktop: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24892982/navigator-getdevicestorage-is-not-a-function-error-in-open-web-app-on-desktop
While it works fine in Firefox OS Simulator

Priority: -- → P5
Closing either invalid (FxOS related) or extremely dated (2+ years) DeviceInterface intermittents. OrangeFactor should yell and reopen them if they happen again.
