The devhub's developer subsite has a getting started section. We want to point to example apps that people can check out to learn from.

Please identify a page on MDN (or work that needs to happen) to cover this.

Some example apps we might want to point to come to mind:
- jlongster's weatherme
- NPR?
- david walsh's tutorial app?
- Fred Wenzel's serpent?

For the sake of scope, let's limit this to one or two for now, whichever seem the most useful.
