The developer pages have a bunch of sub-navigation, most of which point to content pulled in from MDN.

Please create a "navigatable" page layout that will -- for now -- show empty content for the pages in question.

Once we decide on an MDN page for a specific subpage, make it so it's easy to add that URL and the content will show up in the correct spot.

FYI: We just underwent a big merge to prepare for the new mobile/desktop redesign. You may notice some layout issues (like bug 783445 for example) that aren't (entirely or at all) Jen's fault ;)
