Sorry about the delay in getting this done-
What I've done is remove the connection between the dev ecosystem pages and the consumer pages. As the consumer pages move in a more streamlined, app-like direction, this will allow us to keep the stable ecosystem design without running into regressions on either side. We should be able to review and simplify the css in the ecosystem bundle further as well.
