No tests are being scheduled on inbound and other trees, since approx 1600 UTC+1. All trees are closed.

Sorry We did a reconfig a couple of hours ago to disable a problematic new testsuite that was enabled yesterday. Not sure how this reconfig disabled *all* test suites, but investigating.

The master was stuck at (per strace in futex(...)). I had to kill -9 it and start again. The scheduler master (buildbot-master36.srv.releng.scl3.mozilla.com:/builds/buildbot/build_scheduler) looks better now and it's scheduling tests. Leaving open, I'll keep eye on the master for a bit.

Backed out one of the patches landed today and restarted the schedulers: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=774611#c6 Scheduling is back for reals.
