Details

If firefox is closed while the "service window" (ie, the "chat" window in the current impl) is opened via session restore, the window has no content. This will be because the provider is not aware the window exists. If we keep the "service window" api, we will either need to (a) communicate with the provider and tell them about the restored window so they can reload content in it, or (b) prevent the service window from being restored. This is also mentioned indirectly in bug 782712, where the window is restored by leaving Private Browsing.
