Steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/
2. Load details page for an app
3. Observe the header.
Expected results:
There are no design or layout issues.
Actual results:
Page titles (in this case "App Details") goes over the home button. Issue is also reproducing in the Settings, Apps, About pages.
Notes/Issues:
Verified on FF17 (Android 4.0.4).
