As Jean-Yves mentioned in bug 783535, MDN documentation still refers to Deki-style addresses. These links work, but require redirects, hurting our SEO.

For example, we should convert links like the this...

<a href="/en/HTML">

to this...

<a href="/en-US/docs/HTML">
