steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/settings
2. Notice the language/region drop-down fields
observed behavior:
a) They are too far away from their respective field labels.
b) We need to increase the width of the drop-down fields so that on selecting lengthy languages like "Portuguese (de Brasil)", it doesn't look weird.
