steps to reproduce:
1. Load https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/search/?q=fire on your otoro phone
2. Switch to the expanded view
3. Try to scroll through the page
observed behavior:
Scroll events get eaten which makes it hard to scroll through the page. Potch has seen this behavior.

I don't have a phone so can't verify if this is fixed or not. It works on the desktop.

Verified as fixed in https://marketplace-dev.allizom.org/search/?q=fire on FF19 (Android 4.1.1).
Scroll is working properly now, with no issues.
