User Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (X11; Linux i686; rv:17.0) Gecko/17.0 Firefox/17.0 Build ID: 20120827030549 Steps to reproduce: dragged tab from window to another. Ctrl + T for new tab Actual results: Tab dragged normal from window to another. Space that tab had occupied was left empty, between 2 tabs. Remaining 2 tabs did Not shift to 'fill' gap or 'justify' width and or position. Upon Ctrl + T "newtab" is created Over the far right tab. The 'back arrow' is grayed but if you start typing the address of the 'missing' tab, history in the location bar suggests to 'Switch to Tab' as if it's still there, visible, even though it is Not. Expected results: Tabs should re-align themselves when a tab is closed, dragged out or otherwise removed from 'window'.
There were problems like this before, but I haven't seen them in months. Today, with Nightly 18, I moved a tab to another window and a gap was left in the tab bar of the sending window. I then created three new tabs. Not only did the tab bar gap stay, but the first new tab got shorted on tab bar space.' Both of these conditions are shown in my image.

with todays update the problem persists. I dragged tabs form window A to window B and some of the tabs i dragged from A to B where wrong tab when they appeared in window B. Also holes persist in window A and i can Not close the end tab, this time on the right, yesterday on the left... Last tab versis yesterdays First tab. When the tab that i'm unable to close (last, far right) is clicked on or in focus, the title of the tab appears Over the title text of the tab before it (to it's left) and the 'hole' left by moving or closing a tab. *see attached image 29.08.12 Landis.

on the 'can not close tab', can't move tab right of 'hole' issue: If i start to drag a tab that is to the left of (before) the 'hole' left by moving or closing a tab, the Tabbar will 'Adjust', move and 'reload' and close the 'hole' left by moved, closed tab and then the tabs to the right or After the 'hole' can be grabbed, moved, closed.
