Vinh got the 5 panda chassis racked yesterday. The only thing left is to cable them with power and ethernet. The cables should be long enough to allow the chassis to be fully extended on their rails. We would also like the prototype panda chassis (currently located near the bottom of r102-5) to be re-cabled since the cables that were previously installed are not long enough to allow for the chassis to be extended out.
All switch ports connected to these chassis should also be configured for vlan48.

We'll need to pull a couple of the new EX2200 48 port switches out of holding in scl1.
:dividehex, can you confirm there are 12 pandas per chassis (so 13 ports total)?
This means we'll need 65 additional ports.

:dmoore, that is correct. These are rev1 panda chassis with 12 pandas + 1 relay board. 13 ports * 5 chassis = 65 ports.

Cables have been patched to switches. Next step is to get the ports configured.

ports configured. 0/0/4-0/0/39 are for the pandas, 0/0/43-0/0/45 are for the relay boards.

All 6 panda chassis has been cabled, switch configured, and powered on. We added the chassis to inventory but will need the individual panda board names. Please open a ticket when you have that info.
