The registration form is currently displaying the markup of the registration form rather than displaying the form fields. Right now people can't register.
Hmm, and now I tried a second time and it displays the form correctly. Was that an bug that someone just fixed right now, or is there maybe a "first attempt" bug, or some sort of intermittent issue?
It's an intermittent issue that we haven't been able to track down and apparently only happens once every few weeks. We'll keep the bug around to track it, thought. Thanks for the report!

Affiliates is scheduled for end of life. This bug will not be resolved.
