789073 - Move all talos-r3-*-ref minis from mtv1 to scl1

Every time we need to take a golden image of a talos-r3 mini, we run into issues with the Deploy Studio server (backup.mv.m.c).  The last time we attempted to capture an image, the server became unresponsive just as it was about to complete.  The path of least resistance here is to just move the ref minis to scl1 so we may capture images directly to the Deploy Studio server that will be deploying those images.

Please move the following to scl1 and connect them to vlan48

Jake, these hosts are still online at the moment. Do you guys need to reconfigure these before we move them or are they getting reimaged? I can move them next week if they're ready.

All of the ref minis listed above are ready to be moved.  They have been downtimed and shutdown.  I will move over the DNS, inventory and nagios later today.

No reimaging or OS configurations needed.  The just need to be moved and plugged in on vlan48.

DNS, inventory and nagios have been updated.

The minis have been moved and reracked. Inventory has been updated with new location and switch info. Switch ports have been tagged with the build vlan and descriptions added. Please let me know if further dcops assistance is needed.
