Send msg: When Autocomplete Addresses are Displayed, I should be able to TAB out
and use selected address.

This is particularly annoying when I *don't* want to add another address
(hitting <Enter> does work). Now I'm forced to hit <Enter>, then <backspace> to
remove the unwanted "TO:" line, or I use the mouse to select the address - not
the most efficient for me - keyboard jokey :(

The previous behavior was very useful:
- TAB    - to add selected address and *place selection on Subject line*.
- RETURN - to add selected address and *enter another address*.

Reopening, since it's possible that this bug will be solved in a different way
than bug 86643, but marking as dependent.  Note that several other bugs marked
as dups of 86643 are actually dups of this bug.

This was implemented a couple of months back.  I tested it on the trunk during 
the branching for ns 6.1
