790401 - Dashboard not listing newly installed/registered applications — browser re-launch required

Currently when an application is installed through the Mozilla Market, and one switches back to the browser, the browser will not either listen or display newly installed/registered applications. Even closing and re-opening about:apps does not correct this; a full restart (quit, re-launch) of the browser is required.

STR:

i) Install and Launch the Mozilla Market application
ii) Sign into the Mozilla Market and install an application
iii) Switch back to the browser and visit about about:apps

Installations directly inside the browser through the Mozilla Market show up on the dashboard.

This is reproducible starting with 08/24 Nightly build, since we have the ability to install the Marketplace.

Per bug 1235869, we're going to disable the Android web runtime, so we won't fix this bug in it.

(This is part of a bulk resolution of bugs in the Firefox for Android::Web Apps component, from which I attempted to exclude bugs that are not specific to the runtime, but it's possible that I included one accidentally.  If so, I'm sorry, and please reopen the bug!)
