Firefox Mobile nightly 20120912, Android 4.1.1 (stock), Google Nexus S
This seems to be a problem with font inflation: Reloading a page with content in form input which you typed before and zooming after the reload makes the text taller than the height of the input box.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/ (I used portrait mode).
2. Tap the input in the header and type "Test".
3. Reload the page.
4. Zoom in onto the input.
5. Tap into the input.
Actual result:
The text in the input gets taller and partially hidden.

I can reproduce this, Galaxy Nexus (Nightly 09/12). Don't think this has to do with font-inflation though. CC'ing some other folks.

This is also reproducible on mozilla-release (15), and mozilla-beta (16).

Looks font-inflation related to me, but I'll leave it to others to decide.

Turn the text size preference down to tiny in the options make this not happen any more. Sounds like font inflation to me.

Yeah, this definitely looks like a font inflation bug. I'll take a look at it. I've actually seen this behavior from time to time, but I haven't (until now) been able to get consistent STR to get it to reproduce, so thanks for that!

If the fix ends up being safe enough, we can consider uplifting.

Might be a dupe of Bug 750749

No, I haven't had time to look into a fix for this yet.
