79236 - File download dialog/buttons appears partially cut

go to the url above
click on "download beatnik player"
Go thru the dialogs and click on "Download Player now"

Observe that ht edialog tha t comes up( thisis new) appears partially cut or the 
text appears cut in the dialog (whichever is right)

with this testcase, this occurs all the time on winNT and mac [2001.05.08.0x
bits], regardless of theme too. oddly, this doesn't seem to be a problem on linux.

needs to be fixed --on the Mac, sometimes you can barely see the Cancel button.

this is particularly bad for the Mac and win32, since this dialog isn't
resizeable. screenshot comin' up!

Erk, that dialog has been made with the wrong flags. It should be "dialog=yes", 
so that it doesn't have the border around it.

See attachment 34948 [details] from bug 79938. See that it makes the dialog, and thus
downloading files, unusable. This really, really needs to be fixed in 0.9.1.
It's dogfood.

this seems to wfm using 2001.05.23.08 comm bits on linux and 2001.05.24.0x comm
bits on winnt and mac. is anyone else still experiencing this? could've been
fixed by jrgm's workaround in bug 79543...?

things i noticed: the dialog does get wider, at least when i go to the test site
at www.beatnik.com. also, on winNT, i no longer get the helper app/downloading
dialog when downloading from www.beatnik.com --instead i just get the file
picker asking me where to save. will file that bug...
