Build: Firefox 18.0a1 (2012-09-19)
Device: Samsung Galaxy Nexus 
OS: Android 4.1.1

Steps to reproduce:
1. go to bungie.net
2. zoom in zoom out repeatedly 

Expected results: 
- no white spaces in page

Actual result: 
- white spaces appear in the page like you can see in the video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-xbHscPmptg

I'd have thought that ForceVisiblityForFixedItem should prevent this from happening... Need to take a look at this.
