After I reapplied the modern theme, selection pages from the history panel in
the sidebar will load the appropriate page, but URL in URL bar is still for the
previous page.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
0. Make sure there are some items in the history sidebar. Visit a few pages.
1. Goto Preferences, Themes, hit apply Modern theme. (I started in Modern theme
as well.)
2. Close the preferences.
3. Select an entry from the history. I've only been selection elements from
Today since I just loaded Mozilla.


Actual Results:  The selection from the history reloads, but the URL bar stays
the same (the previously displayed page).

Expected Results:  Both the page and URL Bar should be updated.

As a side note, I discovered this issue while trying to reproduce bug 77826.
Perhaps there is some code relationship since they are both problems with the
URL bar after the modern theme is reapplied.
